Jeff Taylor was excellent. We went in to the dealer with a number the payment had to be under. We were looking at a used car. Jeff went through every single option with us including leasing to help us figure out the best choice for us. He was friendly and not “sales man” like. We ended up with a better car for a better price than we anticipated. We recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a car in the future. His finance team and sales manager were also good support.

We stopped in today to look at and test drive a Subaru. We did not purchase today, but Austin Fadely met us pretty quickly in the lot. He was awesome, didn’t get the same high pressure experience we got from another area dealership. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at as well as understood our need to drive another brand before making a decision. He was able to answer all questions and provide specifics on other package levels available. If we choose to go with the Subaru we look forward to working with him.

I brought my 2020 WRX in to CMA Subaru for some warranty work (DCM Replacement) and an inspection. They had the car for 4 days diagnosing the issue and they had to order the parts. They gave me a new CrossTrek to drive for free while they were making the repairs to my car. After 4 days, I picked up my WRX and was advised that there no charge for my inspection either. Wow! Great job on the repairs and customer service. Very impressive guys n gals!

The guys in the garage were super helpful. Pulled in because my tire was super low on air. Lance grabbed the portable air and came right out and helped. They didn't have to help me but they did. Lance was so kind and polite. Thank you so much for the help.

The service team here is the best I’ve ever experienced in my 59 years. My Subaru had major electrical short while traveling from NC to PA. But how fortunate to have been so close to this dealership! They had my car for several days but in that time they quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered and installed new bulkhead wiring harness under warranty, and then drove the car nearly 3 hours south to meet me in Lynchburg to make it easier on me. And on top of that they covered my rental cars, the first for me to get to PA and back to NC, and then the 2nd to get to Lynchburg days later. I couldn’t recommend these folks enough and I’m actually sad they’re not closer to where I live.

It was a very, very good experience. Jeff Taylor, so very nice, went above & beyond helping me explaining the vehicle and all the bells and whistles, helping with the credit bureau, and my phone, just to name a few. Jolene also was very nice & helpful in explaining all the paperwork,
